Premium subscriptions and membership plans are generally non-refundable once the subscription has been activated and access has been granted.

Accidental Payments

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us within seven (7) days of the transaction date.

Refund Requests

• Additional information may be requested before a decision is made.
• Approved refunds will be returned using the original payment method whenever possible.

• Completed subscription periods.
• Services already delivered.
• Profile approvals already processed.
